这款面包总体配方和一般的面包是一样的,蜜豆也是用的自制的蜜红豆,不同的就是用了蛋糕模具,让其形状有了变化,这个看上去像蛋糕,确实的面包的美食,亲们喜欢吗

  • 高筋粉250g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 15g
  • 牛奶115g
  • 2g
  • 酵母粉3g
  • 黄油30g

Steps to make 蜜豆面包

  • 1.主料中除黄油外全部放入搅拌桶里,
  • 2.搅拌几分钟后加入软化的黄油继续搅拌
  • 3.把面团揉到扩展阶段
  • 4.可以拉出手套膜
  • 5.保温发酵至2--3倍大小
  • 6.发酵好的面团排气松弛10分钟左右。我总共和了500克面团,这个面包只要一个面团即可
  • 7.松弛好的面团擀成长形
  • 8.提前煮好的蜜红豆
  • 9.铺上一层蜜红豆
  • 10.顺长方向卷起来
  • 11.两头捏起来
  • 12.放入戚风蛋糕的模具中
  • 13.保温保湿发酵至2倍左右大小,表面刷蛋液,撒上燕麦片
  • 14.烤箱180度,烤25---30分钟。
  • 15.烤好的面包脱模即可
