这款火锅是参照日式火锅的做法改良的,原做法是白菜中间夹一些煎过的肥牛片,喜欢的友友们可以去试一试。另外火锅蘸料我用又伊鲜的柚子酱油,天然健康食材成份,有种柚子水果的淡淡香气,口味清淡、口感清新、去腥解腻,正是吃火锅的最好搭档。

  • 1.准备食材
  • 2.豆腐切小块
  • 3.香菇切花刀
  • 4.白菜剥去外层,根据需要的量掰下清洗
  • 5.切成均等宽度的小段
  • 6.把白菜码在锅内
  • 7.放入浓汤宝
  • 8.加水煮开
  • 9.放入其他备用的食材
  • 10.放入羊肉卷
  • 11.清澈醇香的又伊鲜柚子酱油,去腥解腻,可做蘸料
  • 12.喜欢辣的可调入辣椒油、蒜泥和香菜等
