冰糖梨汁

Steps to make 冰糖梨汁

  • 1.原料:梨、冰糖、枸杞和陈皮。
  • 2.梨削皮切小块,陈皮用清水冲清一下。
  • 3.将梨块倒入养生壶中,加入900毫升的清水。
  • 4.养生壶的配件中有个煮篮,因为陈皮细碎,所以放入煮篮中进行煮制,这样煮好后可以直接拿出来倒掉。
  • 5.盖好养生壶的盖子,选择花果茶的功能,设定20分钟,因为加了陈皮,所以多煮会。
  • 6.当时间到18分钟的时候,移除煮篮,将冰糖加入养生壶中。
  • 7.枸杞加入壶中,再煮2分钟即可,待梨汁的温度降下来,就可以饮用啦。
  • 8.这就是我做的不一样的冰糖梨汁,好喝又不怕伤肠胃的冰糖梨汁。
