终于熬出月子了,可是还是不让多出去溜达!加上北方这天气~自己在家活动一下,应爷爷要求吃喝酸辣的,家里吃火锅剩下的牛羊肉片,金针菇,就来了酸爽的酸汤肥牛羊吧!

Steps to make 酸汤肥牛

  • 1.准备好所有食材
  • 2.金针菇撕开洗净,开水焯一下放盘子里打底
  • 3.肉片下锅两秒捞出备用,千万不要直接放酱汤里,这样汤里会有肉沫导致汤不再是亮黄色!
  • 4.起火热油,将蒜末,姜末,泡椒段,黄酱一块放入锅中煸炒
  • 5.锅中加热水,煮三五分钟,然后将底料沫用漏勺捞出
  • 6.将烫好的肉片倒入黄汤里关火,千万不要再多煮,否则肉会变老
  • 7.连汤带肉一块倒入盆里,将鲜辣椒切段装饰,另起锅烧少许热油浇在辣椒上即可。
