孜然虾

Steps to make 孜然虾

  • 1.虾去掉虾肠、虾线,清水冲净控去水分。加入白胡椒、盐、白酒(或料酒)拌匀,腌10分钟。锅里倒入适量九三非转基因大豆油烧至5成热左右
  • 2.捞出虾到锅里,炒到颜色微变,马上捞出
  • 3.待油温再升到7成热左右,再下入大虾翻炒至开背处泛白,且虾头和虾尾合在一起即可关火捞入盆里
  • 4.马上趁热加入孜然粒和孜然面
  • 5.颠盆拌匀,即可装盘上桌了!
