Steps to make 香辣鱿鱼

  • 1.鱿鱼洗净切成圈。
  • 2.蒜切片
  • 3.姜切片
  • 4.大葱切斜片
  • 5.辣椒斜切条
  • 6.烧一锅开水,里面加两片姜,料酒,把鱿鱼焯烫一下,沥水备用。
  • 7.锅里热油,加小茴香,干辣椒,花椒炒出香味
  • 8.在加入葱姜蒜炒至金黄
  • 9.加入一勺耗油炒匀
  • 10.加入鱿鱼继续翻炒。
  • 11.加入少许盐(耗油已经有咸味了),少许白糖调味。
  • 12.加入辣椒炒熟
  • 13.起锅前加少许陈醋调味即可。
  • 14.完成出锅
