花甲无论是各种清炖还是爆炒都很好吃,鲜活的花甲,爆香姜蒜,再加辣椒、豆瓣酱经过爆炒,香气十足的香辣花甲就做好了。吃起来鲜嫩又多汁,超级过瘾,麻辣鲜香,好吃到原地转圈圈,你确定不来上一盘吗?

Steps to make 辣炒花甲

  • 1.准备花甲、各种香料、香菜
  • 2.买回来的花蛤需要吐沙,先倒入足够的清水没过花甲后加几滴油,浸泡3-4个小时,让它们把沙吐干净
  • 3.小米椒、香菜、葱切成小段,姜蒜剁碎
  • 4.锅中放入清水,加一勺料酒,冷水花甲下锅焯至壳打开,捞起花甲冲洗控干水分
  • 5.热油起锅,放入姜蒜碎和干辣椒、花椒爆炒出香味
  • 6.倒入花甲大火爆炒
  • 7.加入15克白糖、15克豆瓣酱、15克酱油、15克料酒、5克鸡精提味
  • 8.翻炒均匀后,最后撒上香菜翻炒一下就可以啦!
  • 9.加了豆瓣酱的辣炒花甲,每嘬一口都是鲜香浓郁的酱汁
  • 10.味道完全不输外面的餐厅,好吃好吃。
  • 11.花甲含有丰富的蛋白质,维生素A,B1,B2等,吃起来清爽宜人,有滋阴明目,益精润脏的作用。
