  • 黑巧克力260克
  • 细砂糖50克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 低筋面粉90克
  • 泡打粉5克
  • 牛奶30克
  • 坚果碎90克
  • 甜奶油150克
  • 淡奶油50克

Steps to make 皇冠坚果布朗尼,如同皇冠般华丽,比巧克力更甜蜜

  • 1.黄油、160g巧克力隔水融化。
  • 2.加入砂糖、鸡蛋搅拌均匀
  • 3.放入面粉、泡打粉搅拌至无干粉,再倒入牛奶,拌入坚果碎,制成蛋糕糊。
  • 4.烤箱提前预热180℃。
  • 5.模具中喷入脱模剂,倒入蛋糕糊,分量约8分满。
  • 6.蛋糕糊放入烤箱中层,烤制约40分钟后取出冷却脱模。
  • 7.隔水融化100g巧克力,与淡奶油拌匀后,装入裱花袋,制成巧克力奶油。
  • 8.切平蛋糕拱起部分,挤上甜奶油与巧克力奶油。
  • 9.点缀上饼干、坚果碎、糖珠即可。
