Steps to make 冬之精灵---翻糖雪花饼干

  • 1.黄油室温软化后打发,颜色变淡体积变大成乳霜状。
  • 2.打发的黄油中加入糖粉、盐搅拌均匀。
  • 3.分次加入蛋液搅匀。
  • 4.筛入低筋面粉,以从内向外的方式挤压面团,使材料充分混合;抓成面团,包上保鲜膜,放入冰箱冷藏1小时。
  • 5.将冷藏好的面团取出,擀成均匀的薄片,用不锈钢雪花饼干模切压造型。
  • 6.将饼干坯移至烤盘,静置20分钟。
  • 7.预热烤箱,上下火160℃,烤12-15分钟出炉冷却。
  • 8.取适量翻糖膏擀成薄片,用不锈钢模压出雪花轮廓。
  • 9.弹簧雪花模取下压柄,用花纹印压出雪花的纹路。
  • 10.取适量霜糖涂抹在饼干坯上,将翻糖雪花粘贴于上。
  • 11.银珠糖抹少许霜糖固定在翻糖饼干中心位置即可。
