Steps to make 捞汁小海鲜

  • 1.鸡爪去掉指甲剁小块,虾用剪刀沿后背剪开取出虾线。
  • 2.鲍鱼将壳去掉。加入适量的盐搓揉干净,处理掉内脏以及鲍鱼嘴,切花刀。
  • 3.锅内倒水,加入葱、姜、花椒和鸡爪,启动【白斩鸡】功能,将鸡爪煮熟后捞出,放入凉水中浸凉;(放入凉水或者冰水,这样鸡爪吃起来更加Q弹哦)。
  • 4.重新烧水处理海鲜,水开后加入姜片,放入海螺、虾、鲍鱼、花蛤,等到虾变红后,将海鲜捞出,放入凉水中清洗干净。
  • 5.蒜切片,姜切细丝,青红杭椒切丁,柠檬切片去籽。
  • 6.将切好的调味食材放入容器中,加入一品鲜酱油、料酒、蜂蜜、芝麻、香油、鲜花椒、油、辣椒油、海天味极鲜、辣鲜露调味料、蚝油、盐等所有调料,并加入150毫升水,将所有调料混合均匀;(调料:姜丝6克、葱3段、蒜10瓣、青红杭椒4~5根、花椒10粒、熟芝麻2克、柠檬4片、盐3~4克、鲜花椒6克、一品鲜酱油70毫升、海天味极鲜50毫升、辣鲜露调味料30毫升、料酒10毫升、蜂蜜50克、蚝油30克、香油10毫升、油适量、辣椒油20毫升,其中有适量的油,要加热后在加入哦,这样能激发调料的香味,吃起来更香)
  • 7.最后将海鲜和鸡爪,放入调好的捞汁中,搅拌均匀,放入冰箱腌制4小时左右,即可食用哦~
