  • 1.自制的酸奶,放入盆子里
  • 2.加入蛋黄
  • 3.用手抽搅散
  • 4.加入玉米油继续搅拌均匀
  • 5.筛入低粉和玉米淀粉
  • 6.拌均匀成糊状
  • 7.蛋白分次加糖,打偏干发泡
  • 8.蛋白霜分3次与蛋黄糊上下翻拌均匀
  • 9.倒入模具内,表面摆上蓝莓果(可以用8寸模具,如果是活底模要用锡纸包好)
  • 10.烤盘内注入冷水,放入预热的烤箱,全程150度,下层,60分钟(此温度仅供参考!)
  • 11.出炉
