红烧鱼块

Steps to make 红烧鱼块

  • 1.草鱼腩肉一块。
  • 2.将鱼腩肉切成块,准备青椒、红椒、姜丝、蒜片。
  • 3.鱼块内放盐、酱油、淀粉、料酒。
  • 4.拌匀腌制5分钟。
  • 5.锅中放油,烧至8层热,放入鱼块。
  • 6.炸至两面金黄捞起,沥干油。
  • 7.用水和淀粉拌匀,拌成水淀粉备用。
  • 8.另一口锅中放油,爆香姜丝蒜片。
  • 9.放入酱油、老抽、蚝油、辣椒粉、糖,烧开。
  • 10.倒入炸好的鱼块,拌匀入味。
  • 11.放入青红椒块翻炒。
  • 12.最后再倒入水淀粉。
  • 13.大火收汁,关火。
  • 14.成品。红烧鱼块,咸香入味,非常下饭呢!
