    Steps to make 淡干海参泡发

    • 1.(1)将干海参纯净水浸泡约24-48个小时,直至参体柔软;期间每12小时换1次水,切忌油污浸入;(建议将海参置于冰箱保鲜箱内(0度左右)
    • 2.(2)用剪刀顺参体肚下切口剪开,除去海参头部的沙嘴和海参牙
    • 3.(3)将海参放入无油的干净压力锅内,煮5至10分钟!
    • 4.(4)将发好的海参放在纯净水中,置冰箱保鲜层放置 24-48 小时后即可食用;
    • 5.海参会在零界度的冰水中继续发涨,肉质口感和味道更好,形态更为饱满,肉刺坚挺漂亮(浸泡过程中应更换3-4次清水)。
