自制马铃薯淀粉(土豆淀粉)

Steps to make 自制马铃薯淀粉(土豆淀粉)

  • 1.原料:土豆约500克
  • 2.工具:两个盆,和一个擦蓉器
  • 3.土豆去皮洗净泡水中防氧化
  • 4.将擦蓉器放盆中,取土豆擦成蓉
  • 5.全部擦完
  • 6.加入清水,没过土豆蓉表面即可
  • 7.用手反复抓洗土豆蓉,洗至清水变成浑浊淀粉水
  • 8.取另一个盆,放上漏筛接住土豆蓉,将淀粉水过滤至盆中
  • 9.土豆蓉倒回原来的盆中,继续加水抓洗,重复刚才的步骤:抓洗--过滤
  • 10.反复数次后,淀粉全部洗出,抓洗后的水也变得清澈,
  • 11.土豆蓉弃之不用,将过滤出的淀粉水静置约半小时
  • 12.静置后淀粉沉入盆底,表层水变清
  • 13.慢慢将表层水倒出,留在盆底的粉浆放在太阳下晒干
  • 14.晒好后,将粉块捏散,淀粉就做好了。。。
  • 15.成品
