【自制酸奶】
酸奶:钙含量丰富,经发酵后,钙等矿物质都不发生变化,但发酵后产生的乳酸,可有效地提高钙、磷在人体中的利用率,所以酸奶中的钙磷更容易被人体吸收。

Steps to make 【自制酸奶】

  • 1.将酸奶机内胆取出,用开水冲烫消毒灭菌,使内胆不要有任何水分残留
  • 2.在酸奶机内胆里加入1克乳酸菌
  • 3.倒入1L纯牛奶,混合均匀
  • 4.将内胆放入酸奶主机内,盖上接通电源,发酵10小时左右
  • 5.待酸奶凝固状态时,加入3勺白糖,搅拌均匀
  • 6.布丁瓶事先用开水冲烫干净,去除水份,将酸奶盛入布丁瓶,冷藏后加入水果食用
