蚝油草菇
草菇是我们家经常食用的菌种,比起其他菌类,它的味道更加鲜美,可炒、熘、烩、烧、酿、蒸等,也可做汤,或作各种荤菜的配料。我们家多数是用来做汤,今天用这个蚝油简单小炒,超级简单的快手菜,而且味道好不逊色,作为节日里的宴客菜品也会非常不错的。
