Steps to make 玫瑰吐司

  • 1.准备材料,黄油切开软化。

  • 4.揉成一个光滑的团,放入下面有温水的锅中发酵至两倍大。
  • 5.发酵好的面团的揉揉排气,我做了两倍,所以分成六个面团,按配方上的应该是分成三个面团。
  • 6.取个面团擀长后从上向下卷起来。
  • 7.三个团好的面团放入吐司模中发酵至两倍大。
  • 8.发酵好的面团放入烤箱170度烘烤35分钟,中途加盖锡纸。
  • 9.成品图。一款甜美的面包。
