  • 6.由上往下卷起。
  • 7.继续松弛10分钟。
  • 8.将面团从中切开。
  • 9.切口粘上原料2的混合物。
  • 10.将面团放入事先抹好油的8寸烤盘里,用手按扁。我抹的是玉米油,如果你想更香的话,就抹黄油吧。
  • 11.在每个面团上戳个洞。
  • 12.放到温暖的地方进行二次发酵,温度38-40度,约30分钟左右。
  • 13.二次发酵好后,表面刷一层油,也可不刷哈,烤箱230度预热。
  • 14.将面团放入烘烤12分钟,烤好后立即取出脱模。
