  • 1.红柿切块,葱姜蒜切碎,鸡蛋打入碗中,搅拌成蛋液。
  • 2.锅中放入比平时炒菜多一点的食用油,油热倒入蛋液,鸡蛋凝固盛出。
  • 3.用锅中剩余的油炒香葱姜蒜。
  • 4.倒入西红柿,加盐、蚝油。
  • 5.炒出汁,倒入鸡蛋,加小半碗水,加糖、胡椒粉,炒两三分钟盛出。
