鸡年呈祥,祥在寓意,雄鸡一唱,万象更新!鸡与“吉”谐音,于是,鸡与吉相联。转眼,2017,傲然莅临,当时借此自创做出了:吉祥果酱派,愿人间天天吉日良辰、吉星高照,年年吉祥如意、万事大吉!

Steps to make 吉祥果酱派

  • 1.水和蛋液混合均匀。
  • 2.黄油室温软化后,加细砂糖拌匀。
  • 3.加入低粉,用手搓成玉米粉的样子。
  • 4.加入水蛋液。
  • 5.一只手用刮板翻面团,另一只手揉成光滑面团,揉的时间不要太长,以免起筋,盖上保鲜膜,放冰箱冷藏1个小时。
  • 6. 取出面团放案板上,用棍压平面团,再侧面擀均匀成薄片。 擀好的派皮倒扣在7寸派盘上面,用手指轻压派皮,使派皮紧贴派盘,里边按压紧。预热烤箱190度10分钟。
  • 7.用擀面杖在派盘上压一下,将多余的派皮切断。用拇指挤压派盘边缘,使派皮高出派盘一些。
  • 8.在派皮底部用叉子叉一些排气小孔。
  • 9.铺一层苹果酱在派上。
  • 10. 再铺一层木瓜酱。
  • 11.剩下的派皮面团:留30克原色面团,其余全部加适量红曲粉揉匀,擀均匀成薄片。
  • 12.在红面片上画出小鸡造型,放在果酱派上,用牙签在鸡身上画出一些羽毛和颈部等地方的线条,30克的原色面团:取出一部分,做出“福”字、鸡嘴和鸡脚,配在鸡身上。
  • 13.剩下的原色面团,加适量抹茶粉揉匀成绿色面团。红色面片,用小瓶盖按压成圆片。
  • 14.红、绿面片各取一小长条,依次放鸡脚下。将红圆片用牙签整出花朵形状,将花朵依次围绕派盘摆好,绿色面团整成小片叶子和花蕊,装饰、摆好在派盘上(多余的红面片做了饼干)
  • 15.将果酱派放入已经预热190度的烤箱中层,烘烤25分钟左右。成品很甜!
