  • 1.1,材料备齐,黄油软化。
  • 2.2,除黄油和盐外所有材料放入面包机揉面。
  • 3.3,揉成团后加入黄油和盐继续揉。
  • 4.4,揉出薄膜。
  • 5.5,滚圆松弛15分钟。
  • 6.6,擀成椭圆形,翻面横放。
  • 7.7,左右向中间折叠
  • 8.8,再擀长。卷起
  • 9.9,放入学厨450克水立方吐司盒里发酵
  • 10.10,发酵到8分满,盖上吐司盖子,烤箱下层180度,35-40分钟
  • 11.11,出炉脱模放了即可。
