牛角面包
我小时候最喜欢吃的面包就是牛角面包了,每天从幼儿园回来路过面包店都要买一包,百吃不厌。现在我终于能自己做面包了!当然要做牛角面包试试啦。

  • 高筋面粉300g
  • 牛奶120g
  • 鸡蛋液30g
  • 白砂糖20g
  • 酵母3g
  • 1g
  • 黄油20g

Steps to make 牛角面包

  • 1.材料备齐。
  • 2.把除黄油外的所有材料放进一个盆里,揉成一个光滑的面团。
  • 3.面团放到下面有热水的锅里发酵至两倍大。
  • 4.分成若干份擀成如图的三角形,下面开个口,从上至下卷起放入烤箱发酵。
  • 5.面包发酵至一到两倍大表面刷上蛋液175度烘烤20分钟左右。
  • 6.成品图。
  • 7.和买的一样吧!
