  • 白糖30g
  • 椰蓉1勺
  • 豆沙馅60g
  • 淡奶油5g
  • 黄油5g

Steps to make 紫薯糯米糍

  • 1.紫薯洗净切块蒸熟。
  • 2.将蒸熟的紫薯剥皮后趁热放入糯米粉中。
  • 3.糯米粉中继续加白糖,淡奶油和适量清水。
  • 4.揉成光滑的粉团。喜欢吃软糯的就多加牛奶,让粉团粘稠,喜欢软韧的就少加点牛奶和成煮汤圆一样的粉团就可以了。
  • 5.然后就粉团放蒸锅篦子上摊薄点,开大火蒸十来分钟。
  • 6.蒸熟后待不烫手时将黄油加入蒸好的糯米团中再次揉匀。
  • 7.揉成油光滑亮的紫色粉团。
  • 8.将粉团分成6—7个大小差不多的粉团,豆沙馅也搓成小圆球。
  • 9.取一勺椰蓉放入小碗中。
  • 10.将糯米团压扁包入豆沙馅。
  • 11.包好收口。
  • 12.放入椰蓉碗中滚一圈,让粉团均匀粘上椰蓉。
  • 13.颜值高,味道赞的紫薯糯米糍就做好了。
  • 14.咬开里面的豆沙细腻,外面的粉团软韧Q弹。
