侉炖鱼
妈妈很喜欢吃鱼,而且喜欢浓油赤酱的红烧。可是红烧要麻烦些,侉炖鱼既好吃又好做,所以我经常这样做给妈妈吃。

  • 草鱼一条
  • 五花肉片100g
  • 5片
  • 5瓣
  • 花椒一小把
  • 大料2个
  • 一勺

Steps to make 侉炖鱼

  • 1.选一条二斤左右的草鱼。
  • 2.草鱼去鳞、内脏和两侧腥线,切段备用。
  • 3.将五花肉切片,用油略煸炒至金黄色,捞出备用。
  • 4.原锅中加少许油,放入鱼段煸至金黄
  • 5.加葱、姜、蒜、花椒、大料、料酒、糖、醋翻炒
  • 6.加热水没过鱼段,把煸好的五花肉片放入,炖煮半小时。
  • 7.出锅前加盐调味,撒上香菜末即可。
