麻辣水煮鱼

Steps to make 麻辣水煮鱼

  • 1.准备食材,大头鱼肉一块
  • 2.鱼肉切片,加入三茶匙料酒,少许胡椒粉,少许生粉,少许盐拌匀腌制十分钟
  • 3.泡发木耳,白菜洗净备用
  • 4.准备辣椒段,姜末,蒜末,葱花
  • 5.锅里倒入底油烧至五成热下花椒爆香
  • 6.加入两茶匙豆瓣酱,蒜末,姜末炒出香味
  • 7.倒入白菜,木耳翻炒均匀
  • 8.加入一大碗水大火烧开,加入半茶匙鸡粉调味,煮熟捞出盛入容器
  • 9.下腌制好的鱼片,用筷子轻轻划散开煮三分钟
  • 10.将煮好的鱼片和汤汁倒入盛入木耳和白菜的容器,撒上辣椒段,花椒,葱花
  • 11.再次起油锅倒入适量的底油大概三茶匙左右烧至七成热(就是冒青烟)
  • 12.将烧好的油浇在辣椒和花椒上即可
