  • 1.准备食材。
  • 2.因为梨要留皮,所以要用盐水把梨要洗干净。
  • 3.洗干净梨去蒂切成小块。
  • 4.锅中加水,把雪梨放进锅中,小火炖40分钟。
  • 5.新鲜银耳去蒂洗干净。
  • 6.把枸杞和话梅浸泡几分钟洗干净。
  • 7.将洗干净银耳放进去。
  • 8.再把枸杞放进去。
  • 9.洗干净的话梅放进去。
  • 10.再把冰糖放进去小火炖20分钟。
  • 11.一锅小吊梨汤煮好了,满屋子都是甜甜的梨子的香味。
