  • 9.肠衣提前半小时浸泡。
  • 10.用的时候取一条,从一头吹气,看看有没有漏洞。
  • 11.我用的是手动迷你灌肠器。
  • 12.最好俩人一起操作,一人摇动手柄,随时加肉,一人捋灌好的肠。
  • 13.一根肠衣灌完后根据个人喜好截成若干节,可以用线绳扎紧,也可以把肠衣拧一下。
  • 14.全部做好。
  • 15.用牙签在每根肠上扎些小洞。
  • 16.排出空气。
  • 17.放在阴凉处晾晒2_3天。
  • 18.表皮已经风干了。
  • 19.放在蒸屉里面。
  • 20.大火上汽后蒸二十分钟即可关火啦!
