玉米面发糕

  • 沸水150克
  • 冷水120克

  • 酵母6克
  • 葡萄干少许

Steps to make 玉米面发糕

  • 1.玉米面放入碗里,沸水冲入,边冲边用筷子搅匀;
  • 2.待玉米面温度将至手温时,放入面粉、白糖,
  • 3.倒入融化的酵母水(酵母先用配方中的少许冷水浸泡几分钟),用手揉匀,
  • 4.容器中抹油防粘;
  • 5.手沾点水,把面团放入模具里;放在温暖的地方发酵;
  • 6.二个小时后,面团已发酵至2倍大,在面团表面撒上适量的葡萄干;
  • 7.模具放入蒸锅里,冷水上锅,大火开始,开锅后蒸20-30分钟;
  • 8.蒸好的发糕;
  • 9.拿起模具轻轻一磕,发糕就扣出来。
