腊味蒸饭
天热不爱做饭,我就喜欢做一锅出,好多食材一起焖饭呀,焖面呀这类的,或者是熬一锅粥,来点凉拌菜咸菜的,一顿饭就解决了。今天做个腊味蒸饭,用湘西的王家五腊肠,加了点土豆、胡萝卜、毛豆一起焖的,味道很赞,这肠一点不肥,口感也好,品质一看就不错。以前我买过超市里一种广味肠,结果蒸好了一看出了一大碗油,肠都缩小了好多呀,原来都是大肥油做的,所以熟了就没了,都变成油跑到碗里来了。这肠就没那样,熟了跟生的铺在锅里看着变化不大,瘦肉很多,用料实在呀!点赞!

Steps to make 腊味蒸饭

  • 1.准备好食材:大米、腊肠、土豆、胡萝卜、毛豆。
  • 2.大米洗净、香肠清洗一下切片、土豆胡萝卜洗干净切丁、毛豆去皮洗净备用。
  • 3.洗净的大米放进电饭煲内胆里,然后把土豆丁和胡萝卜丁也放进去。(如果要放盐,这时放适量盐,跟大米搅拌一下,我家口味淡,不放盐了。)
  • 4.再把毛豆放进去
  • 5.最后放香肠片
  • 6.香肠片最好是在表面摆放一层,这样利于每片肠都能沾到水。
  • 7.然后加入适量水
  • 8.把内胆放入煲内,用标准饭模式选长粒米、劲道然后按开始键开始焖饭。
  • 9.时间到了以后过十分钟再把锅胆拿出来用铲子搅拌均匀盛出食用。
