自制淡奶油
家中没有淡奶油只有牛奶,想吃奶油蛋糕,尝试了一下用牛奶自制了淡奶油,也是从别人的方子那里学习的。淡奶油打发后有些稀,纹路不明显,仅供参考。

  • 全脂牛奶250g
  • 白糖30g
  • 吉利丁片10g
  • 温水60g
  • 六寸戚风1个
  • 芒果2个
  • 蓝莓少许

Steps to make 自制淡奶油

  • 1.牛奶+白糖搅拌融化。
  • 2.吉利丁片剪成小块加凉水浸泡一会倒掉,加60g温水,隔水加热使融化,放凉待用。
  • 3.吉利丁液倒入牛奶中,充分搅拌。
  • 4.放置冰箱1小时以上,每隔10分钟拿出搅拌一次。
  • 5.蛋糕一个备好。
  • 6.切成两片。
  • 7.1小时后取出,用电动打蛋器打发淡奶油。
  • 8.抹上。
  • 9.放芒果。
  • 10.都铺淡奶油。
  • 11.挤上小花,放上芒果花与蓝莓装饰。
