辣白菜.泡菜
盐250克,糖10克,蒜5半,姜半块,虾皮20克,鸡精5克,韭菜一小把,苹果1个.梨1个,白菜大半颗,萝卜150克(我一起腌了萝卜块所以用了一个)糯米粉50克

    Steps to make 辣白菜.泡菜

    • 1.白菜洗净,空干。
    • 2.配料。
    • 3.把苹果,梨,姜,蒜.切成末(我比较懒,用料理机搅拌起来的.)萝卜切成丝.(呵呵.我切的比较粉粗)韭菜切成断。虾皮切成末。
    • 4.用盐把洗净的白菜,用盐腌起来,一层层正反面都要摸到,菜叶可以稍带一下,不用太多的盐,因为菜叶很容易入味,摸好后放置一晚。
    • 5.糯米粉用开水拦均。(大家一定要先拿开水拌好了在上锅里煮,我就是急了。直接倒锅里了,上面有克粒状的)。
    • 6.拌开后,开火煮,要不停的搅拌,要不会糊底的,一直接到有点透明了。
    • 7.等糯米冷了后.把准备好的配料.再加上点盐.鸡精.拌进去。
    • 8.忘记了,还有最重要的辣椒粉。
    • 9.把盐好的白菜.用水洗掉.剩下一点点咸味.把材料摸到白菜上.要均匀哦. 然后把摸好的.卷起来.放到盒子里封好.大概一两天就可以吃了。
    • 10.配饭不错,很好吃呢。
