脆脆的酱腌白萝卜

Steps to make 脆脆的酱腌白萝卜

  • 1.白萝卜削皮后切薄片,越薄越好。
  • 2.切好的萝卜片先摆一层在盆底,撒一层盐。
  • 3.再覆盖上一层白萝卜。
  • 4.再撒上一层盐。
  • 5.用同样的方法把所有的萝卜都摆进盆内。
  • 6.腌制20—30分钟后沥干水分。
  • 7.再往萝卜身上撒一层白糖。
  • 8.腌制20分钟后把腌制出来的水再沥干。
  • 9.用白开水冲洗干净萝卜身上的盐和糖。
  • 10.倒入适量酱油,约四瓶盖。
  • 11.倒入适量醋,约三瓶盖。
  • 12.放入跟萝卜齐平的白开水。
  • 13.放入切好的小朝天椒。
  • 14.转移到保鲜盒,盖好盖子放入冰箱即可,腌制1-2天就可以吃了。
