菠萝番茄炒牛肉
我和LG两人都挺喜欢吃菠萝,不过这里的菠萝都挺大的,一个可分几次吃,所以一半当水果一半用来炒菜,在广东有就一道菜是菠萝炒牛肉。我炒这道菠萝牛肉还加上番茄以及番茄酱,味道更加鲜美。

  • 1.烧热锅倒入少许橄榄油放入姜片。
  • 2.倒入腌好的牛肉。

  • 6.倒入番茄酱(需加少许白糖搅拌均匀)。
