  • 1.所有原料放在一起揉成面团,反复揉光,用手抻拉可呈现透明不裂的薄片,面团就和好了。
  • 2.面团和好后,不能急着去做,而是要将其包好,放入0°C--4°C冷藏冰箱内存放12小时,可以把面团擀成条用保鲜膜包起来。这段时间的存放中,面团的组织细胞融合的更加充分,为油炸打下坚实的基础。可以晚上把面团和好,第二天早上炸制。
  • 3.取出发好的面团切成小块,两个小面块叠放在一起。
  • 4.用筷子从中间压一下。大小自己控制,想做小的可以拦腰切成两半。
  • 5.下油锅前捏住两头抻拉一下,入油锅中火炸制。油温控制在150℃-160℃之间为好。
  • 6.炸至金黄色捞出。
