    Steps to make 泡椒凤爪

    • 1.材料:鸡爪、泡椒、白醋、盐、姜片、花椒
    • 2.鸡爪洗净剪去指甲,剁成小段。
    • 3.锅置火上加适量水下入姜片、料酒、花椒、少许盐煮沸,倒入鸡爪继续煮至5分钟。
    • 4.将鸡爪捞出清洗一下,放流水下冲半小时,去除表面胶质(避免泡制浑浊)
    • 5.容器中倒入开水放入花椒和泡椒先泡一会儿。
    • 6.倒入冲淋好的鸡爪中,倒入泡椒水、适量盐、白醋、姜片混合均匀。
    • 7.密封起来,放入冰箱冷藏室12小时即可食用。
    • 8.特点:咸香酸辣
