  • 2.5g砂糖、30g猪油、45g水、95g面粉 揉成水油皮
  • 3.静置十分钟
  • 4.油酥分成10g一个 水油皮分成15g一个
  • 5.水油皮包入油酥 能包十二个
  • 6.擀成长条形
  • 7.从上而下卷起来 再次擀成长条形 卷起再擀 重复此步骤三次
  • 8.放置松弛十分钟
  • 9.压平
  • 10.包入馅料 我包的是蔓越梅和榴莲馅 也可放自己喜欢的馅料
  • 11.收口向下 烤箱175度预热
  • 12.盖一层锡纸防止上色 175度烤25分钟
