玉米面豆渣发糕
打豆浆剩余的豆渣不能浪费掉,可如果直接吃的话又觉得口感太粗糙难以下咽,做鸡蛋饼和馒头时都用过了,于是乎做玉米面发糕掺上它,应该不难吃吧?事实证明确实不难吃!毕竟多吃粗粮有益健康。

  • 豆渣160g
  • 酵母粉2g

Steps to make 玉米面豆渣发糕

  • 1.称量好玉米面和面粉与豆浆过滤出的豆渣一起放到面盆里
  • 2.搅拌均匀加入酵母粉
  • 3.加适量水和成比较稀的柔软的面团饧发
  • 4.饧发至原来的2倍大小,用手反复揉搓,(相当于蒸馒头时在面板上排气一样)
  • 5.模具刷少许油撒少许红豆
  • 6.将发酵好的面团倒入模具里
  • 7.放入几粒蜜枣
  • 8.再均匀的撒上一层红豆
  • 9.放蒸锅里上汽后中火蒸50分钟
  • 10.取出晾凉吃的时候切块即可
