姜蒜汁浇蒸鱼

Steps to make 姜蒜汁浇蒸鱼

  • 1.准备好食材:如图。
  • 2.将鱼刮鳞去内脏洗净,在鱼身上划几刀,切姜片放在鱼身上。
  • 3.放入开水锅中蒸15分鐘。
  • 4.将姜,蒜都剁成末,热锅放油,先将姜末小火炒香再放蒜末,干辣椒,最后调酱油,糖,胡椒粉拌匀,酱汁就完成了(忘了拍姜末,蒜末相片)。
  • 5.蒸好的鱼。
  • 6.倒掉多余的汤汁。
  • 7.将酱汁浇在鱼身上即可。
