  • 香菜5棵
  • 大茴4个
  • 生抽1勺
  • 1勺
  • 白糖1勺
  • 花生油3勺

Steps to make 山药熬粉丝

  • 1.五花肉煮半熟,我是上一次用剩的。粉丝清水泡软。
  • 2.山药去皮,切长块,立刻放入清水清洗,沥水待用。
  • 3.姜切片,大茴冲洗一下。
  • 4.五花肉切片。
  • 5.煎锅放2勺油,七成热后倒入山药,加白糖小火炸。
  • 6.山药外表开始发皱发黄,即可停火,留锅里待用。
  • 7.另起锅,放一勺油,烧热后放姜片和五花肉煸炒。
  • 8.放盐和生抽。
  • 9.放1小碗温水或开水。
  • 10.放粉丝,大茴和香葱。
  • 11.转小火炖约20分钟即可。山药和五花肉基本半熟,所以不用很长时间。
