快餐的菜单昨天终于完成了20道,但今天这道酸酸甜甜的糖醋肉饭好吃到让我迫不及待地想发出来与大家分享。

习惯了早晨早起30分钟,时间刚好够我洗菜炒制再拍照,可以完成每天一道快餐的菜谱,也正好解决了中午的便当,一举二得哈。

    Steps to make 酸酸甜甜的好味道------双色糖醋肉饭

    • 1.准备材料:将肉切小块,红椒 黄椒 洋葱 姜 蒜 切菱形片。
    • 2.肉块中加盐,料酒,生抽,淀粉拌匀。
    • 3.将半个蛋打散加一份淀粉一份面粉配少许水,调成面糊。
    • 4.将调好的面粉倒入肉块中,让每块肉都包着面糊。
    • 5.小碗中加白糖,盐,料酒,生抽,醋,淀粉再挤入少许番茄酱配少许水调成味汁。
    • 6.锅中倒入油,烧至五成热时,放入肉块炸至淡黄色捞出沥油。
    • 7.再将油烧至7成热时再放入肉块炸至金黄色捞出。
    • 8.将切好的蔬菜也一起倒入过一下油捞出。
    • 9.锅内留一点点的油,将姜 蒜爆香。
    • 10.倒入调好的味汁。
    • 11.待汁粘稠时将肉块及蔬菜倒入,翻炒均匀即可出锅装于盛好饭的盘中。
