自制猪肉松
试了一下面包机的肉松功能,成品香酥可口,主要是放心,再也不用买市场上不知加了什么的那种肉松了。我要送有宝宝的亲戚,只放了盐、糖、生抽,如果能吃辣还可以依个人喜好加入咖哩粉、辣椒粉、五香粉等增加不同口感。

    Steps to make 自制猪肉松

    • 1.猪肉洗净,除去筋膜。
    • 2.猪肉冷水下锅,加点料酒,水开后捞出洗净。
    • 3.准备生姜、大蒜、八角、花椒、香叶,放入调料包,生姜可放直接放汤里。
    • 4.猪肉放高压锅加入调料包,加点料酒,加些水,上汽后20分钟。
    • 5.捞出肉沥干水份。
    • 6.装入保鲜袋,用撖面杖敲碎。倒出来后再检查一下,还没碎的用手撕开或放入袋中再敲一下,尽量让肉碎些。
    • 7.放入适量玉米油、生抽、盐、白糖。
    • 8.启动肉松程序1小时10分钟即可(如果天热机子温度高可以适当开盖制作)。如果喜欢告别酥脆的口感,程序完成后可以再启动一个肉松程序,但是前20分钟它是光烘烤不搅拌的,所以你要手动用筷子不时拌一下,到你需要的程度。
