  • 花生碎20克
  • 白芝麻20克
  • 黑芝麻20克
  • 玉米油60克
  • 鸡蛋3个
  • 白糖50克

Steps to make 花生芝麻鸡蛋饼干

  • 1.将鸡蛋、白糖、玉米油、花生碎、芝麻用手动打蛋器搅拌均匀,筛入低筋面粉,翻拌均匀。
  • 2.取一较深的杯子,套入裱花袋,将面糊倒入裱花袋中。
  • 3.把面糊挤在不粘烤盘里(若非不粘烤盘,需垫油纸),面糊薄些更酥脆。
  • 4.放入预热好的烤箱,中上层,上下火,110度烤约15分钟,表面呈金黄色即可(烘烤所需时间、温度根据自家烤箱确定)。
  • 5.取出,晾凉,密封保存。
  • 6.酥脆香甜。
