Steps to make 鲜芒果冰激凌

  • 1.准备好所需的原料。
  • 2.将蛋黄,牛奶倒入一个不锈钢的器皿中,加入1小勺的玉米淀粉搅拌均匀。
  • 3.将蛋黄牛奶液隔热水加热,一边加热一边搅拌至稀稠状的蛋奶糊。
  • 4.将加热好的蛋奶糊坐在冷水里,搅拌降温至40度左右。
  • 5.芒果去皮去核,切成小块后,放入搅拌机中打成泥状。
  • 6.将芒果泥分两次与蛋奶糊搅拌均匀。
  • 7.雀巢淡奶油倒入盆中,加入细砂糖一起用电动打蛋器中速搅打至起纹路状态。
  • 8.将芒果蛋奶糊分两三次与打发好的淡奶油搅拌均匀,成为芒果冰激凌糊。
  • 9.盖上保鲜膜密封好,放冰箱冷冻室冷冻50分钟,取出搅拌。
  • 10.每隔50分钟取出用大勺子翻拌均匀,再放回冰箱冷冻室冷冻,重复此操作3次。
  • 11.第三次翻拌均匀后,倒入用开水消毒过的保鲜盒中,抹平表面,继续入冰箱冷冻室冷冻至凝固即可。
