辣味白菜鱼片汤
婆婆湖南人,离不了辣。一条鱼我分一并做了一份不辣的给孩子们吃。然后再将另外一半的鱼做成了辣味版,让婆婆吃。这样子家里人都可以吃好吃开心。少许的改变,多在厨房里呆一下。这样子欢歌笑语就常伴我家了哦。

Steps to make 辣味白菜鱼片汤

  • 1.备好所用食材。
  • 2.热锅加油,将辣椒丁下锅,小火爆香。
  • 3.再将白菜叶丝下锅炒制出味。
  • 4.再加入适量高汤煮至菜叶并加适量细盐调味。
  • 5.煮至汤底出味,再将鱼片顺着锅边放下去。
  • 6.再加入芹菜段提味即可。
  • 7.这样子一份辣味白菜鱼片汤完成。
