电饭煲做的草莓蛋糕饼
本想做蛋糕,发现好难把握哦,面粉放少了,蛋白偷懒没打带能竖起筷子状态,不发,也可能没放泡打粉之类的。所以所以......松松软软的蛋糕就变成了蛋糕饼,卖相一般般,但是用家鸡蛋做的味道还是超级香的~~高手看到教教我做蛋糕的哪些步骤错了,谢谢啦~

Steps to make 电饭煲做的草莓蛋糕饼

  • 1.先来个材料大合照吧,嘻嘻。
  • 2.蛋白加糖打发。我的混到一点点蛋黄,影响美观了,呜呜。
  • 3.蛋黄挤点草莓炼奶打成蛋黄液。
  • 4.打好的蛋黄液放上面粉拌匀打发
  • 5.将三分之一的蛋白清倒入蛋黄液中,上下、左右搅拌。
  • 6.不停加入蛋白继续搅拌,最后全部搅拌均匀。放入电饭煲蒸熟。可以拿根筷子或牙签插进,拿出来是干净的说明蒸熟了。
  • 7.成品。我的电饭煲是防粘的,所以蒸的时候没有涂一层油。
