【夏日小凉菜】:自制酱瓜

Steps to make 【夏日小凉菜】:自制酱瓜

  • 1.黄瓜用清水洗净,花生米用温水浸泡去皮备用。
  • 2.黄瓜、鲜辣椒放入容器内,加入食盐揉搓片刻。
  • 3.保鲜袋装入足量水备用。
  • 4.黄瓜放入滤筛锅中压上水袋,腌制的过程中,要多对腌制的黄瓜簸动几次,利用撞动逼出黄瓜自身水分。
  • 5.黄瓜腌制好后,挤去水分;锅中加入半瓶酱油、一勺白糖小火熬制出有甜酱味出现即可。
  • 6.锅中倒入少许油爆香八角,关火冷却至凉。
  • 7.将黄瓜、花生米放进容器,倒入腌汤进去腌制24小时即可。
  • 8.食用时随吃随取。
