花生牛轧糖

  • 甜奶粉110克
  • 原味棉花糖230克
  • 干玫瑰花瓣少许
  • 黄油60克

Steps to make 花生牛轧糖

  • 1.黄油放入不粘锅中,开中火,将黄油融化。
  • 2.倒入原味棉花糖,开小火,不停翻炒至完全融化。
  • 3.加入甜味奶粉,依然开小火,不停翻炒至奶粉和棉花糖充分混合融化。
  • 4.电磁炉调保温,倒入干的玫瑰花瓣和烤熟去紫衣的花生米。
  • 5.用刮板翻拌均匀。
  • 6.倒入不粘烤盘中,趁热用刮板整理成厚度一致的长方形。
  • 7.晾凉后用刀切成小块。
  • 8.用糖纸包好即可。
  • 9.奶香四溢,好吃的根本停不下来。
  • 10.成品图。
