  • 1.青红椒,葱洗净备用。
  • 2.盐菜备用。
  • 3.鱼干备用。
  • 4.腊肉洗净切薄片飞水备用。
  • 5.鱼干用温水略泡洗剪成节。
  • 6.盐菜切小块用清水浸泡去掉一些盐味。
  • 7.姜蒜切片,葱切花,青红椒切圈备用。
  • 8.锅里放少许油,放入腊肉煸炒出油。
  • 9.放入姜蒜片爆香。
  • 10.放入鱼干,调入料酒翻炒。
  • 11.炒至鱼干吸收油份回软。
  • 12.放入浸泡过的盐菜翻炒。
  • 13.加放适量清水加盖中火煮约10分钟汤汁变少。
  • 14.放入青红椒炒匀。
  • 15.放入鸡粉,蚝油收汁撒上葱花炒匀即可上碟。
