喜欢这种麻辣的味道,做上一锅,装上几罐子,储存的时间也比较长,拌面条,拌米饭,甚至放在热乎乎的米粥里,都非常的好吃,满口留香的味道,麻麻辣辣的味道瞬间充斥了整个口腔,享受啊,市面上卖的老干妈啥的,哪里有自己做的下料猛又绝对的放心呢

  • 豆豉250g
  • 红辣椒1两
  • 辣椒末150g
  • 花椒末120g
  • 20g
  • 桂皮一块
  • 香叶3片

Steps to make 牛肉豆豉香辣酱

  • 1.牛肉切碎
  • 2.花生炒熟备用
  • 3.葱姜切成碎末
  • 4.牛肉加适量生抽,料酒,五香粉和鸡精腌制一下
  • 5.豆豉切碎
  • 6.炒熟的花生用擀面杖压碎
  • 7.锅中倒稍微多的玉米油,把香叶和桂皮放进去炸香后捞出
  • 8.放腌制好的牛肉末进去炸,小火慢慢炸
  • 9.炸干后,切碎鲜红辣椒,我用的是小米椒,很辣的那种,放进去
  • 10.接着放辣椒末
  • 11.放豆豉
  • 12.放入白糖,生抽
  • 13.放花椒末
  • 14.最后放炒熟的花生碎
  • 15.小火继续炒,最后放熟白芝麻
  • 16.出锅后装入大罐子里,冷藏保存
