梭子蟹炒年糕——宴客菜轻松炒

    Steps to make 梭子蟹炒年糕——宴客菜轻松炒

    • 1.蟹清理干净后,切小块,用一点点盐和小勺白酒稍腌5-10分钟。年糕切薄片,生姜大蒜备用。
    • 2.腌好的蟹块粘上一层淀粉。
    • 3.全部粘好淀粉的蟹。
    • 4.锅内放油,油热后中小火炸熟蟹块。(最好用长点的工具,我用筷子翻面,结果被油爆到,TT。。。。)
    • 5.炸好的蟹块。
    • 6.用适量生抽、蚝油、番茄酱、糖、料酒调成汁。(这个汁的味道基本就是成品的味道了)
    • 7.年糕片提前5分钟用开水泡软。
    • 8.另起油锅,下生姜和大蒜爆香。
    • 9.下炸好的蟹块稍炒。
    • 10.下泡软的年糕片炒几下。
    • 11.淋入调好的汁,翻炒。
    • 12.至汁快收干即可装盘,撒上葱花开吃。(如果怕年糕不熟,可再加一点点水,煮至汁干)
